胡文鑫，男，1984年出生于内蒙古锡林浩特市，有色金属冶金博士，包头稀土研究院&白云鄂博稀土资源研究与综合利用国家重点实验室教授，中试基地稀土轻合金中试线主任，主要从事稀土镁、铝合金新材料开发制备、晶粒细化机制、稀土元素强化机制的研究，材料制备与成型产业化关键技术的开发工作。主持和参与国家 “863 计划”、国家重点研发计划、工信部稀土专项等重大项目20项，发表 SCI/EI 文章10余篇，授权专利8项，获得中国稀土学会科技进步奖以及内蒙古自治区科技进步奖等省部级科技奖项5项。

Hu Wenxin, Ph.D, professor level senior engineer.was born in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia in 1984. He is Professor of State Key Laboratory of rare earth resources research and comprehensive utilization in Bayan Ob and director of rare earth light alloy pilot line of Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute pilot base. Prof. Hu has long been engaged in the research of rare earth magnesium and aluminum alloy new material development and preparation, grain refinement mechanism, rare earth element strengthening mechanism, and development of key technology for material preparation and molding industrialization. Prof. Hu has presided or participated more than 20 scientific projects, which included “National 863 Project”, “National Key Research ＆ Development Program of China” and Rare earth special project of MIIT. More than 10 academic papers have been published in SCI/EI journals, 8 patents have been authorized and got 5 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards such as the science and technology progress award of China Rare Earth Society and the science and technology progress award of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
